The Sierra Centre Story
Each year, patients from across the world travel to Sierra Centre in search for the best that dentistry has to offer.
Men, women and children from all walks of life come to our clinic for challenging dental conditions. Others just want to make sure we are part of their ongoing preventive care.

Dr. Murray Knebel established the Sierra Dental Clinic more than twenty years ago. He had a firm belief that the dentists should work as a team, focusing their collective energies on the unique needs of each patient. He understood, and advocated, that health care is best when a group of experts comes together to solve a problem. He also established a tradition of personal attention for each patient, a hallmark of Sierra Dental care that continues to make each visit a one-of-a-kind experience.

Our team is constantly travelling the world to learn new information and bring it back to share with our patients.
It is difficult to try and be a dentist or doctor who has to try to "be everything" to his patients. We also feel communication is better when a doctor has the patient records and the patient available to discuss options and choices among each other. Referring out often makes transfer of information more difficult.
We have put a team of dentists and team members together who have different interests and focus in the dental field. Together we cover virtually any need a client can come across.
Whether you are a young child needing special child care, or an aging senior with ill fitting or aesthetically compromised dentures; we have a team member focused and waiting for you. If you are looking for implants, orthodontics (braces), cosmetic dentistry, oral or intravenous sedation, wisdom tooth removal, or purely the best smile possible, others are waiting to offer you options. We even have a periodontist (board certified specialist) who is trained in intravenous sedation, ready to help with implants, gum surgery, preventive home methods and all other areas of gum treatment. Other doctors focus on braces and invisalign. If your needs are with wisdom teeth and other areas of surgery then a doctor is available to help.
Many of our patients are referred to us by friends who found out their headaches can be related to their bites. It is rewarding to not only make someone's smile look fantastic, but to help them feel better at the same time. Only with special training is this possible.
