To him, optimal family dentistry meant that any dental need at any age could be quickly and conveniently taken care of at one location, without the need for external referrals. He also believed that nobody can be the best at all family dentistry procedures. After choosing his areas of special interest, he started hiring doctors with other special interests until he had all areas of family dentistry covered. Modeled after the Mayo clinic, this family dentistry dream is now a reality. Sierra has a team of 8 specialists and general dentists working together, each doing what they love and are best at.

We believe it is important for our kids program staff to relate to your child, that’s why all of the staff members who work with children are parents themselves. They love spending time with children, are able to relate to them and have a patience that only comes with being a parent yourself.

We also believe that teaching kids the importance of their at home care is one of the first steps to a lifetime of wellness. There is very little that we can do at twice a year hygiene visits that can compare with good home care. We work to empower children to clean and care for their teeth 365 days a year. Our goal is to make cleaning a fun part of their nightly routine and teach them that they have control of their oral and overall health.
